Fruity margaritas <– my favorites. Mmmm… Pineapple Chili Margarita

Skill level – Easy

Cantaloupe Margaritas


1 cup cantaloupe juice 

1/2 cup tequila (4 ounces)

1/4 cup triple sec (2 ounces )

1/4 cup lime juice (2 ounces)

Chili salt (optional)

2 tablespoons salt

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 lime wedge 

Cantaloupe juice

2 cups chopped fresh cantaloupe

1/2 cup water

3 tablespoons sugar


1. Stir all ingredients in a small pitcher. 

2. Optional step – Place chili salt on a plate. Rub the rim of the glasses with lime wedge and press the rim into the chili salt. 

3. Pour margarita into glasses.

To make Cantaloupe juice

Blend cantaloupe pieces, water and sugar and in a blender, until smooth. Strain mixture. 

Makes 3 servings.
