Turkey Burger Wraps

Easy, delicious on-the-go turkey wraps that are great for lunch, dinner, lunch box or a filling snack.

A portable burger wrap, that is just too darn convenient, Love’em!

Jennie-o Seasoned Turkey Burgers are so flavorful. 

Don’t need much. 

Some guac, sweet ripe tomato, pepper jack, all wrapped in a tortilla and cooked to seal.

Turkey Burger Wraps


7 x 10-inch flour tortillas, burrito size

Seasoned Turkey Burger patties (1 x 2-pound package), cooked according to package instructions

2 cups homemade or store bought guacamole

1-2 large ripe tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices

12 slices pepper jack cheese  or Monterey jack cheese


1. Cut 6 x 2 by 3 inch rectangles out of one tortilla and keep aside.

2. Place a medium non-stick skillet over medium- high heat. Spray the pan with non-stick cooking spray.

3. Place one of the six remaining tortillas on the work surface. Spread about 1/3 cup of guacamole (about the size of the burger patty ) in the middle of the tortilla. Place a burger patty, a tomato slice and two cheese slices on top. Top off with one of the rectangles, fold all four sides over, to warp as tightly as possible.

3. Gently place wrap (seam side down) on the hot pan and spray the top with a slight coating of non-stick cooking spray. Cook until both sides are deep golden (a total of 3 minutes). Transfer wrap to a serving platter and repeat process to make remaining 5 wraps.
