You just blend ripe avocados, jalapeños, lime juice, sour cream and salt together.

Aaaand, you get the creamiest dip.

Ain’t healthy ( thanks to all that sour cream ) but sure is yummy <— it begins with two avocados, duh!

Will be great with Mexican spiced chicken for tacos, burritos, Quesadillas or salads

  2. Scooped with your chips
  3. Spooned into your fajitas
  4. Drizzled over your burrito bowls
  5. Topped on your quesadillas

  1. Thank you for publishing this wonderful recipe. I’ve made something very similar for a couple of years, but somehow lost the recipe and the ratios eluded me till I stumbled on your blog. (The only difference is that my recipe included cilantro as well, so if you like cilantro, I highly recommend adding some.) I can’t thank you enough for posting this recipe!
