Let us look at the ingredients to make lassi overnight oats:
Oats : Well, overnight oats has to begin with oats! Old fashion oats is the go-to for a all overnight oats recipes. Steel cut variety is just too hard to be consumed just after soaking. They need to be cooked. Quick cooking / instant oats turns mushy with the long soaking process. You might love these Easy Healthy Gluten Free Oat Waffles.
Milk : You can use full fat or reduced fat. But, using other kind of milks like almond milk, coconut milk, rice milk, cashew milk, ….. will taste great but not give you theKNOCK YOU SOCKS OF LASSI FLAVOR.
Yogurt : Greek yogurt is my go-to all overnight oats. It is thick and healthier. But, you could totally regular yogurt, just make sure that it is thick.
Sweetener: We are staying authentic and using good old sugar for the true lassi taste. You could use healthier alternatives like maple syrup or honey but the taste is gonna be compromised.
Chia Seeds : Optional.

How to make Lassi Overnight Oats Meal Prep:
Step-1: Stir old fashion oats, greek yogurt, milk, sugar and chia seeds together. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Step-2: Give a good stir and enjoy or meal prep.
Step-3: Transfer lassi overnight oats, grapes, apples (leave whole if refrigerating for few days) or apple slices ( if eating immediately) and almond butter into meal prep containers / jello shot containers
