How to make no cook 4 ingredient Raw almond bites ? 

Step-1: Stir almond flour, almond butter, maple syrup and salt together to form a soft dough. 

Step-2: Shape into balls.

Step-3: Flatten slightly, insert a chocolate chip and finish with a sprinkling of salt. 

Can this get any easier?

Tips and Tricks to make no cook almond bites:

If dough is too soft – Mix in a touch more almond flour 

Like it sweeter? Add more maple syrup and a touch of additional almond flour to adjust the consistency

Like it less sweeter? Reduce maple syrup

Love salty? Add more salt

Want more chocolate? You could chop dark chocolate into tiny pieces and mix into the dough Alternatively, Make almond balls and dip in melted chocolate and let set to harden. 

Use super fine almond flour. You can find it easily on Amazon. If you happen to get the regular kind, then grind in the dry mixer to get a finer texture. 

You could use a dash of vanilla extract, if needed.

  • Stir together superfine almond flour, almond butter, maple syrup and 2 pinches of salt together, until thoroughly combined. It will be a soft yet workable dough. If it feels too soft to be rolled into balls then let the dough rest at room temperature for about 15-30 minutes. 
  • Measure about 1 scant tablespoon and roll into balls. Flatten each ball slightly and insert one chocolate chip in the middle. Place prepared balls on a plate and sprinkle remaining salt on top. 
  • Store No Cook 4 Ingredient raw Almond Bites in a covered container at room temperature for up to 4 days. 

Notes

This dough is very FORGIVABLE - 
If it too soft to be rolled into balls -let the dough rest at room temperature for about 15-30 minutes. Still soft? Mix in 1 to 2 tablespoons almond flour.
