We spent our Christmas in Paris, France and I stuffed my face with all the croissants and baguettes that I possibly could. Ever since, I have been craving all things croissants……

Basic pantry ingredients and a croissant.
How to stuff Nutella croissants?
Step-1: Slit croissants in half, spread Nutella on one of the cut side and a sprinkling of sliced almonds.
Step-2: Close sandwich and brush the outside with melted butter.
Step-3: Cook in a pre heated waffle iron, until golden and crisp.
Step-4: Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on both sides.
EAT HOT or warm

Waffled Nutella Croissant Sandwich
- Pre heat the waffle iron.
- In the meantime, slice a croissant in half and spread Nutella evenly on one of the cut side and sprinkle sliced almonds. Close sandwich, brush a thin coating of melted butter on the outside and place in the hot waffle iron.
- Cook according to manufactures instructions until deep golden in color (it takes 3 minutes on my waffle iron). Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on both sides of the hot sandwich and enjoy Enjoy hot.
