I want to help you find inspiration and ease some of the morning stress that come with packing lunch for work/school or weeknight dinners. That’s why, as promised, this series is shifting — every week I’ll be sharing meal plans that you want to see. And it’s not too late — tell me what kinds of meal plans you want to see in the comments below.
Both adults and little eaters will enjoy this meal plan, which is packed with kid favorites like Honey Walnut Shrimp Ramen Noodles or Baked Fish Tacos that the whole family will love. The best part is that these meals that they are mostly easy (except the baked fish tacos) to make or can be prepared over the weekend for a stress-free week.

How to meal prep over the weekend?
- Make Instant Pot Tomato Soup, cool and divide into meal prep containers. Store in refrigerator and re heat before eating.
- Baked fish, cool and freeze in zip lock bag. Refer Baked Fish Tacos recipe for re-heating instructions. Finish and assemble tacos just before eating.
- Make Chicken Shawarma in Instant Pot, cool and store in refrigerator. Assemble wraps just before eating.
- Honey Walnut Shrimp Ramen Noodles and Mexican English Muffin Pizzas are so easy, that they can be prepped just before eating.
