Ingredients
2
cups
packed mint leaves, about 2 small bunches
20
raw cashews
2
garlic cloves
¼
cup
greek yogurt
1
tablespoon
lemon juice
1
jalapeños pepper
1
teaspoon
sugar
½
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until coarsely ground. (Do not grind fine).
Notes
I used a medium size jalapeños pepper. Remove seeds if you'd like it
less spicy
and a larger pepper for
more spicier
cashew mint chutney.
