Ready in 90 seconds! Incredibly simple and easy single serve, 4 ingredient, fudgy Nutella brownie mug cake - perfect for Valentines day, weeknight dessert, after school treat with milk or just about anytime!

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Nutella
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Additional ingredients to serve (optional)
- whipped cream
- strawberry
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a coffee mug. Stir well until smooth.
- Microwave for 90 seconds.
- Serve hot or warm as is or with whipped cream / strawberries / vanilla ice cream / Nutella / coarse sea salt.
Notes
If making in a ramekin – I used a 4 ounce ramekin which was perfect for this recipe and it was too small to stir ingredients. So, I preferred to mix all ingredients in a seperate bowl, transfer to the ramekin and cook.
