Ingredients

  • 1 cup + ¾ cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup greek yogurt (or use plain yogurt)
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 to 5 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom powder

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Notes

When selecting strawberries. you can usually tell if it is sweet by looking at the color of the strawberry. If it has lighter parts near the stem, it's going to be more sour than a berry that is a brilliant red all over.
Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of the strawberries used and your taste.
