Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  • Using a chef’s knife, cut off the top and bottom of the peel of the orange.
  • Go down the sides, trying to keep as much of the flesh intact as possible. (This removes all the white pith and the fibrous membranes leaving the juicy flesh inside). Cut the orange into chunks.
  • Add cut oranges, milk, yogurt and honey into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

Freeze cut orange for about an hour to make an icy cold drink.
Try to keep as much as fruit as possible when cutting the pith.
Use honey to taste. It depends on the sweetness of the citrus.
