This Christmas Fudge is the easiest recipe! You only need 2 main ingredients and 5 minutes of prep time to make it in your microwave. I topped it with dried raspberries and chopped pistachios to make it festive for the holiday season.

  • Line a 9-inch springform pan with aluminum foil , allowing it to come up the side for easy removal. Grease it lightly with some vegetable oil or use a thin coating of non-stick spray.
  • Add chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until it is melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and salt. The mixture will be thick.
  • Immediately transfer mixture into the prepared pan, smooth top.
    Lightly grease the bottom of a glass or measuring cup with a bit of vegetable oil, then press the Christmas fudge mixture. This helps it set smoothly, eliminating any air pockets, resulting in an even top and facilitating even slices when cut.
  • Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top, along with your toppings, then gently press them to ensure they stick. Refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours or until it becomes firm.
  • Slice and serve at room temperature.
    The fudge reaches an ideal consistency that melts as soon as you take a bite when it's at room temperature.
