Yogurt Sauce

This Yogurt Sauce is so awesome! Creamy, tangy, thick but drizzly, it is made using only 5 ingredients. Terrific as a dip for chips or vegetable sticks, a sauce for grilled protein, veggies or wraps!

  • ¼ cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons water

Tip: Use a microplane to grate your garlic or use a garlic press.

Notes

Don't chop your garlic. Biting into a chunk of raw garlic is not quite a pleasant experience. You can also mash to make a paste using the side of a knife, but remember to use slightly less because a paste is more intense than using a microplane or press.
