Process hulled strawberries in a food processor until finely ground, set aside.
Add heavy cream into a large bowl and beat with a hand held electric beater until stiff peaks form (do not over whip).
Add pureed strawberries, sweetened condensed milk, lime or lemon juice and food coloring (if using), beat again until well combined. Remove beater and then stir in chopped brownie bits with a rubber spatula.
Transfer mixture into a large loaf pan or any freezeable container. Freeze overnight.
