- 8 medium corn tortillas

- 2 cups shredded green or purple cabbage
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 large ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Bake frozen fish sticks according to package instructions. While the fish is baking - prep fish taco toppings, char tortillas and make creamy Sriracha sauce.
