DIY Cheese and Fruit Bistro Box
Prep for the week ahead with this perfectly balanced protein snack box. Brie, Gouda, cheddar cheeses, whole grain crackers, grapes, pears and mixed nuts make this DIY cheese and fruit bistro box to enjoy any time of the day.
Servings: 2 serving
- 2 ounces brie, cut into wedge
- 2 ounces aged cheddar, sliced
- 2 ounces Gouda, sliced
- 12 whole wheat crackers
- 1 small pear, sliced
- 1 cup grapes (green/ black/red)
- ¼ cup mixed nuts
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
Place brie, cheddar, Gouda, crackers, grapes, mixed nuts and cranberries into meal prep container. Store pear separately and cut just before eating.
Cut pears just before eating.
Keep all cheeses in seperate compartment without touching the fruits and crackers.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
