This Healthy Cookie Dough is made using nutritious ingredients like almond flour, almond butter, coconut oil, milk, and chocolate chips. No heat-treating flour- Just mix and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour super fine
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons mini semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients, except chocolate chips into a medium bowl.
  • Beat with a electric beater or a wooden spoon, until smooth and creamy. Mix in chocolate chips.
  • Dig in!

Notes

Use super fine almond flour and not almond meal.
Use mini semi sweet chocolate chips.  They provide a balanced chocolate flavor in every bite and also add a subtle crunch when eaten, as opposed to biting into larger chocolate chunks.
To use regular-size chocolate chips - Place regular chocolate chips on a cutting board, chop them into smaller pieces, ensuring they are smaller but not powdered, and then add them into the healthy cookie dough.
