No Churn Strawberry Ice Cream

No churn strawberry ice cream is an easy, quick homemade ice cream studded with brownie bits!

  • Process hulled strawberries in a food processor until finely ground, set aside. 
  • Add heavy cream into a large bowl and beat with a hand held electric beater until stiff peaks form (do not over whip).
  • Add pureed strawberries, sweetened condensed milk, lime or lemon juice and food coloring (if using), beat again until well combined. Remove beater and then stir in chopped brownie bits with a rubber spatula. 
  • Transfer mixture into a large loaf pan or any freezeable container. Freeze overnight. 


Makes 1 and 1/2 quarts
