5-Ingredient BBQ Ramen Noodles is a quick and easy meal ready in under 10 minutes using instant ramen. It's simple and versatile—add your favorite protein and veggies to make it a complete, satisfying meal!
Add chicken stock, barbecue sauce and vegetable oil into a medium pan and mix.
Place pan over medium-high heat and let it come to a boil.
Add the ramen noodles and reduce the heat to medium. Cook until most of the liquid has evaporated and the noodles are tender, stirring every 2 minutes to break up the noodles and evenly coat them in the sauce.
Stir in chopped scallions and serve hot!
Notes
Chicken stock - I used 33% low sodium chicken stock. Salt - The ramen noodles, bbq sauce and chicken stock has salt. So, the salt in the recipe depends on the type of bbq sauce and stock used. I recommend using 33% less sodium or low sodium stock.
