Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  • Using a chef’s knife, cut off the top and bottom of the peel of the orange.
  • Go down the sides, trying to keep as much of the flesh intact as possible. (This removes all the white pith and the fibrous membranes leaving the juicy flesh inside). Cut the orange into chunks.
  • Add cut oranges, milk, yogurt and honey into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

Skip the ice! Since fresh orange and milk already have enough liquid, ice isn’t necessary—and can dilute flavor as it melts. Instead, freeze the orange segments for about an hour before blending. You’ll get a refreshingly cool consistency and a thicker, milkshake-like texture without watering it down.
Add vanilla extract to make it taste more like a creamsicle!
