Mango Lemonade without Simple Syrup

Fresh Mango Lemonade recipe is cool, refreshing, and is the perfect summer drink. Made using only 3 ingredients, there is no simple syrup!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup chopped ripe mangoes
  • ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup sugar (add more if needed)
  • 2 ½ cups water

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth. Taste the lemonade and adjust the sweetness as needed by adding more sugar, then blend again. The amount of sugar you'll need can vary depending on how sweet your mangoes are.
  • Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes, garnish with fresh mint and enjoy!

Mango – Select sweet, ripe mangoes that are not fibrous.
Sugar – Adjust the quantity depending on the sweetness of your mangoes.
Water – The drink is slightly thick when blended due to the nature of mango. It gets diluted when served with ice. Adjust water accordingly.
