One Pot Alfredo Pasta is made using only 5 ingredients! In just 20 minutes, you can whip up a creamy, indulgent pasta dinner that’s lighter than traditional Alfredo—No cream!
Add butter, stock, milk, garlic, salt and pepper into a large, deep pan. Place over medium-high heat and bring to a gentle boil.
Add the spaghetti, using tongs to spread it evenly. Cook over medium heat for 9 to 11 minutes, stirring occasionally with the tongs, until most of the liquid has evaporated and the pasta is tender.Tip: Stir pasta constantly while cooking to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan or clumping together.
Stir in the parmesan cheese until well combined. Allow the pasta to rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes
Best pot to use for one pot pasta - Make sure to choose a pot that is wide and deep enough to comfortably fit the noodles. If you don’t have a large enough pot, you can break the spaghetti in half or opt for a shorter pasta shape instead.Stock - Use vegetable stock instead of chicken stock to keep it vegetarian.Salt - The amount of salt you'll need can vary depending on the type of stock you use. While the stock and Parmesan cheese contribute some saltiness, you may still need to add a bit more. Adjust the salt to your taste as needed!
