No Cook 4 Ingredient raw Almond Bites
Sweet, salty with a touch of chocolate! Packed with almond flavor this easy no cook 4 ingredient raw almond bites is a delicious guilt free treat when the craving hits for something sweet.
Stir together superfine almond flour, almond butter, maple syrup and 2 pinches of salt together, until thoroughly combined. It will be a soft yet workable dough. If it feels too soft to be rolled into balls then let the dough rest at room temperature for about 15-30 minutes.
Measure about 1 scant tablespoon and roll into balls. Flatten each ball slightly and insert one chocolate chip in the middle. Place prepared balls on a plate and sprinkle remaining salt on top.
Store No Cook 4 Ingredient raw Almond Bites in a covered container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
This dough is very FORGIVABLE -
If it too soft to be rolled into balls -let the dough rest at room temperature for about 15-30 minutes. Still soft? Mix in 1 to 2 tablespoons almond flour.
