Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup chopped strawberries
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons maple syrup, honey or sugar to taste
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips or chopped regular chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • ½ tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large mason jar or container and stir well.
  • Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight or at least 6 hours.
  • Stir once, garnish with more chopped srawberries and mini chocolate chips.
