  • Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry. For any large potatoes, cut them in half so that all the pieces are roughly the same size.
  • Toss the potatoes with all other ingredeints and mix well.
  • Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer and spread into an even layer.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 17 to 19 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender and golden brown on the outside. For even cooking, open the air fryer after 7 to 8 minutes and shake the basket to redistribute the potatoes.
  • Serve with your favorite main course!

Pat dry thoroughly - This helps the oil and spices stick to the baby potatoes, preventing them from sliding off.
