Spread Nutella between two slices of bread and press them together to form a sandwich.
Add the eggs, milk, two tablespoons sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and salt into a shallow bowl and whisk well to combine.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F and grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Place one sandwich at a time into the mixture, soaking each side for about 10 seconds, flipping twice to ensure both sides are well-coated.
Place the stuffed French toast in a single layer, air fry for 5 minutes.
Flip using a spatula, sprinkle about a teaspoon of sugar on each toast and continue cooking in the same temperature for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the tops look deep golden brown.
Repeat the process until all the bread is cooked. Serve hot with a dab of butter and maple syrup!
