This Cheesy Air Fryer Omelette is a hands-free way to make your morning eggs —no flipping or babysitting required! You can customize it with your favorite omelet toppings like veggies, herbs, or cooked meats. It’s perfect for busy mornings or a healthy high-protein breakfast on the go!

Instructions
Add eggs, milk or cream, salt and pepper into a medium bowl and whisk well using a fork or metal whisk until frothy and well combined. Mix in about half the cheese.
Grease a 6-inch round cake pan with cooking spray and pour the prepared egg mixture into it. Sprinkle more cheese on top, if desired.
Pre heat air fryer to 310 for 8 minutes.
When hot, place the pan into the air fryer basket and cook until just set or no longer liquidy.
Place the pan on a wire rack to cool for a minute. Run a rubber spatula or butter knife around the edges to loosen the omelet, then gently slide it onto a serving plate. Top with your favorite toppings and serve!

Don't skip cheese. It adds creaminess and taste.Any melting cheeses like shredded cheddar, mozzarella or Mexican blend are all great options.Thsi is a basic omelet recipe. You can mix in chopped red onions, bell peppers, ham, bacon, asparagus, tomatoes or jalapeno peppers along with the eggs. Make sure that the vegetables are not of high moisture content like mushrooms, zucchini or spinach.
Pan size - I used the Instant Vortex 6-quart air fryer, which comfortably accommodates a 6-inch pan.Adjust cooking time of increasing or decreasing the number of eggs used.
