Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions.
In the mean time, add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth (it took about 2 minutes in my blender).
Pour about ⅓ cup of batter into each section of the waffle iron and cook until deeply golden brown. In my waffle maker, each batch took about 5 minutes.
Remove waffles onto a wire rack and repeat with remaining batter.
Serve hot with maple syrup!
