Ingredients

  • 3 large Medjool dates pitted
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
    Tip: You'll need 3 Medjool dates or 4 to 5 Noor varieties for this date smoothie recipe.

Notes

Make it dairy-free. Use almond or oat milk. 
Blenders - You want to use a blender that has enough power to blend the dates into a smooth creamy consistency.
