Ingredients

  • 8 ounces yellow or white cheddar
  • 8 ounces brie or goat cheese
  • 4 ounces parmesan or gouda
  • 1 red apple
  • 1 green pear
  • 2 grape bunches
  • ½ cup fig jam
  • ½ cup toasted almonds
  • ½ cup olives

Instructions

  • Slice the hard cheeses, apples and pears. You can squeeze the fruit slices with a bit of lemon juice if you’re worried about browning!
