These Healthy No-Bake Brownie Bites are easy to make with just 5 Ingredients. They are fudgy, decadent, perfect for meal prep and store in the fridge for a guilt-free treat anytime.
Add all wet ingredients into a medium microwave safe bowl. Melt for about 40 to 60 seconds or very hot.
Remove from microwave and stir well, until chocolate chips melts and becomes a smooth mixture.
Add all dry ingredients, stir well to make a make a smooth dough.
Roll dough into small bite size balls. If the dough feels too soft or sticky to work with, then leave aside at room temperature for a few minutes to thicken and firm up.
Let the balls cool completely, before storing. They will continue to firm up even more as it cools.
