Ingredients
Scroll down to the recipe card below for full information on ingredients and amounts.
- Almond Butter - Use creamy almond butter for a smooth texture in the no bake brownie bites.
- Almond flour - Super fine flour is always recommended for the fine consistency.
- Maple syrup - It serves not only to sweeten the no bake brownie bites but also to bind all the dry ingredients together.
- Chocolate chips - I prefer Ghiradelli semi-sweet chocolate chips. Nestlé semi-sweet chips are slightly sweeter, so you may need to reduce the amount of maple syrup accordingly.
- Cocoa powder - I used Hershey's unsweetened cocoa in the no bake brownie bites recipe.
- Salt - Salt offsets the sweetness and makes the flavors pop.
Substitutions & Variations
- Avoid using almond meal instead, as it creates a slightly heartier texture rather than the fudgy brownie texture we aim for.
- Use peanut butter instead of almond butter.
- Replace maple syrup with honey.
- Make it vegan by using vegan chocolate chips.
