How to make an easy lunch under 5 ingredients?
Step-1: Drain, rinse and pat dry a can of chickpeas in a clean kitchen towel. Using a potato masher, mash chickpeas coarsely.
Step-2: Stir mashed chickpeas, mayo, sriracha sauce, chopped scallions, salt and pepper together.
Done and DONE.

4 Ingredient Creamy Chickpea Salad
- Drain chickpeas in a colander and run under faucet to rinse completely. Pat dry in a kitchen towel to remove all excess moisture.
- Add chickpeas into a large bowl and using a potato masher, mash coarsely.
