How to customize a protein snack box?
Cheeses – I opted to go with brie, gouda and aged cheddar just like the Starbucks Cheese and Fruit Protein Box. Use your favorite kind of cheese variety.
Fruits – Grapes, apples, pears, orange segments, cuties, berries, figs are all great options
Crackers – Whole wheat, whole grain, 9-grain, super seed, multi-grain crackers are all fabulous options
Nuts – Almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts, toasted pecans, peanuts will be great
Dried fruits – Dried cranberries, raisins, apricots, dried figs, dates can be used

- Keep cheese seperate from the fruit and crackers
- Store in the refrigerator for not more than 4 days.

DIY Cheese and Fruit Bistro Box
- 2 ounces brie, cut into wedge
- 2 ounces aged cheddar, sliced
- 2 ounces Gouda, sliced
- 12 whole wheat crackers
- 1 small pear, sliced
- 1 cup grapes (green/ black/red)
- 1/4 cup mixed nuts
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
- Place brie, cheddar, Gouda, crackers, grapes, mixed nuts and cranberries into meal prep container. Store pear separately and cut just before eating.
