Instructions
- Spray the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, cut into ยฝ-inch thick slices and add into the slow cooker.
- Add the sliced butter, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons water and give a stir.
- Cover and cook 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.
- Add milk, brown sugar and mash well using a potato masher. Give them a taste and add more salt or brown sugar, if desired.
