Ingredients
- 3 lbs sweet potatoes
- 6 tablespoon unsalted butter sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ cup whole milk warmed
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
Instructions
- Spray the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, cut into thick slices and add into the slow cooker.

- Cover and cook 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.
